Genuine Hermle Minute & Hour Hands - Brass
Brass minute and hour hands to fit modern Hermle clocks.
Most contemporary clocks are made with Hermle movements but please double check by looking on the back of the clock movement to see if it says Hermle along with a movement number (usually in the format XXXX-XXXX).
The minute hand should be measured from the centre of the minute hand to the tip.
New hands may not correctly line up with the quarters, in which case the collet needs to be rotated by using pliers or the tool listed in the store or available as part of a bundle below.
When fitting new hands first hold the minute hand in place and rotate, allowing the clock to chime at each quarter, once the clock strikes the hour fit the hour hand to line up with the hour just struck, and then fit the minute hand to point to 12 o’clock. securing with the hand nut (purchased separately).
