Following it falling off the wall, Michael replaced the shattered glass in my large station clock and cleared any residue glass splinters promptly within a week of making contact. Very pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend. 5 ⭐️

Michael repaired my 1990 moon watch which had stopped in 2010 .it went back where purchased and another well known jeweler who both lacked the skills to sort it. I contacted Michael and left it with him. He returned it a month or so later fully restored. Well pleased as it was a Xmas present from my late partner when we first met.

Michael repaired and serviced three clock for me recently and I must say, I was most impressed by his commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism. All three clock had been neglected for many years and certainly hadn’t worked for at least a decade. Michael collected and returned the clocks following their refurbishment and I’m so pleased now that they’re back on the walls and working efficiently and keeping very good time considering their age. It’s so pleasing and equally reassuring to find someone who has so much dedication, passion and pride in his work and I have no hesitation in recommending him, his level of service is first class and rarely experienced!

I cannot speak highly enough about recommending Michael Barnell mending my clock! He was truly incredibly helpful, so approachable, and always rang straight back. My clock was electric managers clock. Really awkward to fix. But he did it, when many others have failed. Unbelievable. He kept me in the loop as regards cost, which I found so acceptable. Also he is such a lovely young man to deal with, and a pleasure to have in the house. So anyone who has a loved clock they need fixing, definitely Michael is your man.
